Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery about damaged or incorrect items. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item and its label, and we will review it and reply with the next steps.

Opened products

For product integrity, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned.
