Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

LA Peptides (lapeptides.net), contact [email protected] ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 or older at the time of entry and who have a free LA Peptides account. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

Entries are accepted from the date this giveaway is posted until October 31, 2026 at 8:00 PM PDT (the "Entry Deadline"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Join with your free entry: sign in at lapeptides.net, visit the Giveaway page and claim your free entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person for the entire giveaway. Claiming the free entry is how you join the giveaway; entry is not automatic.

Spend entries: entrants who have joined receive one (1) additional entry for every $100 spent on LA Peptides products between October 1, 2026 and the Entry Deadline. Spend is totaled across the entrant's paid orders in that period and counts product purchases after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, insurance and memberships. Qualifying purchases made in that period before joining are counted once the entrant joins, provided they join before the Entry Deadline. Canceled or refunded purchases are deducted. Entries are not sold; any entries purchased under an earlier version of these rules remain valid.

Every entry has the same chance of being drawn. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or by multiple accounts for the same person, are void.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: LA Peptides products of the winner's choice with a total approximate retail value of $2,000 (full retail prices on lapeptides.net), shipped free within the United States. The prize is not transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All products are sold and awarded for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. The winner is responsible for any taxes; Sponsor may request a Form W-9 and will issue any tax forms required by law.

6. Drawing and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries at or shortly after the Entry Deadline. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days, confirming eligibility, or an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. General

By entering, participants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may then draw from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. Participants release Sponsor from liability related to the giveaway and the prize to the extent permitted by law.

9. Winner's name

For the winner's name, email [email protected] within 30 days after the drawing.
